Construction TO BEGIN on NEW GREEN ROOF IN MANHATTAN

MKM is working with Studios Architecture to transform the terrace and roofs of the top two floors of an office building at 150 5th Avenue into an inviting and functional outdoor area for meetings and relaxation for future tenants.  The MKM design incorporates understory trees and hedges for area separation; perennials and grasses to soften parapet conditions and to support pollinators; and a meadow on a roof saddle that surrounds a glass room on the top floor.  Plans are now complete and construction will begin shortly.
