Located on the former site of the  Schaefer Brewery, this residential development in Williamsburg includes a courtyard overlooking the East River with spectacular views of Manhattan.  The site includes three high-rise residential towers, each with roof-top terraces.

The central courtyard of the development is entirely on slab with the site’s parking garage below.  This central courtyard/ green roof  is a combination of  lush planting beds sculpted to create intimate seating areas.  The central green roof culminates in a waterfront amphitheatre and provides a pedestrian connection to the public esplanade.
