Lowenstein Sandler Corporate Campus
Roseland, New Jersey
The goal for this 20 acre site was to create an attractive, functional landscaped space to connect two buildings of a corporate campus that were separated by a large parking area and planted berm, creating a distinctive central campus while addressing the arrival experience, parking configuration, pedestrian circulation and site furnishings.
The central open space is bisected with a path through a series of dynamic spaces moving seamlessly through both intimate informal outdoor spaces providing a shady spot for quiet reflection to a large scale entertainment venue for events. A dramatic tensile structure is the focal point of the campus. By eliminating acres of asphalt pavement the permeability on site was improved allowing for natural bio-swale drainage and over 1600 species of native plants.
