She came to us via San Franciso where she worked at GLS Landscape | Architecture on projects ranging from multi-family landscape design to master planning. She is an experienced project manager and she focuses on the details of concept design and construction.

Mark returned to his alma mater to speak. His talk "Replacing Green" covered the challenges of replacing the quantities of lost nature on an urban project site.
Mark K Morrison spoke about Planting Media for Greenroofs on December 9, 2016 at the 1st Annual Urban Soils Symposium - "Soils of Our City" - hosted by Brooklyn College. Mark presented the technical aspects of green roof growing media as well as a series of innovative projects to a group of scientists and designers. Attendees were excited to hear about initiatives MKM has pioneered for adding plant diversity to their intensive and semi-intensive green roofs.

Green roof construction at 114 5th Avenue is completed. MKM has been working with the L & L Holding company to transform the upper terrace of a commercial building at 114 Fifth Avenue into an amenity for lunch, evening events and meetings.
MKM was selected by Ogden CAP Properties to serve as the Project Landscape Architect to assist with the design of a 20,000 square-foot intensive green roof on their One Lincoln Plaza property, which faces Broadway and is bound to the north and south by West 64th and 63rd Streets. Green roof construction at 1 Lincoln Plaza is moving forward on schedule.
